Breakfast

Our “gourmet” breakfast is made of local, fresh, artisanal products “made in Touraine”. We also prepare our own jams, more than 50 varieties. We serve breakfast from 7.15 am (7.30 am on week-ends) until 10.15 am, in the breakfast room or, as soon as the weather is fine, on the terraces (from 8 am). We will welcome you, propose a table, and serve you. We order and prepare everything fresh, so if you want to skip breakfast, please tell us before 7 pm on the previous day. Optional : 12 € / person.

As long as the COVID-19 restrictions apply, breakfast is served and the buffet is limited to the homemade jamss. The price has been adjusted in consequence, from 12 to 6€/person.

Our baker delivers us every morning at 6.45am. Alternatives for gluten-free diets.
Butter from the Verneuil dairy.
Cheese – Fresh goat cheese from Le Vazereau (La Roche-Clemault). Fresh goat cheese can be accompanied by : Walnuts – Acacia honey – Forest honey.
Some jams go particularly well with the goat cheese.Homemade jams – All our jams are homemade.
Rillettes – Local pork specialty (from M. Ory, Chinon).
Fresh Fruit Salad –
The fresh fuit salad is prepared daily.
Yogurts – Plain whole milk yogurts | Flavoured yogurts.
Dried fruit – Apricots | Prunes | Dates
Artisan apple juice produced in Vallères.
