Start your day with our exquisite winemaker’s breakfast, a true taste of the Touraine region. We proudly feature fresh, local, and artisanal products sourced directly from the heart of Touraine, ensuring an authentic and delicious experience.

A highlight of our breakfast is our extensive selection of homemade jams, with over 50 unique varieties to tempt your palate. From classic fruit preserves to innovative flavor combinations, there’s a perfect jam for everyone.

Enjoy our breakfast from 7:15 am (or 7:30 am on weekends) until 10:15 am. You can savor your meal in our cozy breakfast room or, when the weather is beautiful, on our charming terraces starting from 8 am. We’ll be delighted to welcome you, show you to a table, and provide attentive service.

To ensure the utmost freshness, we order and prepare all our breakfast items daily. If you wish to skip breakfast, kindly inform us before 7 pm the previous day.

All our hot drinks are supplied by the renowned local roaster, Max Cafés Torréfacteur:

• Cafés: Filtered coffee, Espresso, Double espresso, Decaffeinated instant coffee.
• Chocolates: Rich 100% Cocoa Monbana chocolate (sugar-free option), comforting Banania instant chocolate.
• Dammann Teas: A variety of exquisite teas including Darjeeling, Earl Grey (bergamot), Green tea (plain, mint, jasmine), Ceylon, English breakfast, and Rooibois red tea.
• Herbal Teas: Soothing Chamomile, Linden tree, Mint, and Verbena infusions.

Please don’t hesitate to ask for hot or cold milk to accompany your beverage.

Our Delicious Breakfast Buffet

• Bakery Fresh: Enjoy flaky croissants, crusty baguette, hearty grain bread or dark bread, and delicate fresh brioche and toast. Our local baker delivers these delights fresh every morning at 6:45 am. Gluten-free alternatives are available upon request.
• Local Butter: Creamy butter from the esteemed Verneuil dairy farm.
• Artisan Cheeses: Indulge in fresh and semi-aged goat cheeses from Le Vazereau in La Roche-Clemault. Enhance the fresh goat cheese with your choice of walnuts, acacia honey, or forest honey. Some of our homemade jams pair exceptionally well with the goat cheese – ask for our recommendations!

• Local Charcuterie: Taste the regional specialty of pork rillettes from L’Art de Vivre in Chinon.
• Garden Fresh: Enjoy the taste of our olives, straight from our garden.
